Shipping
Orders received before 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) are generally dispatched in 48 hours.

Order Tracking
After placing an order online, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive two further emails following order conformation. Firstly; an order processing email and secondly a dispatch notice which confirms our warehouse release.

Cancellation Policy
1. Normally, your order can't be cancelled over 24 hours. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the cost of materials.

2. If you want to cancel the order, be sure to contact us within 24 hours since you place an order. Otherwise, your order can not be cancelled.

3. Delivery order can't be cancelled.

If you are returning or exchanging items, please make sure they are in their original condition.

Returns
Please note that best-unlocked-phones.com will honour all orders. Any customers who are unhappy with their goods will be offered a full refund, providing goods are returned unused within 7 days. (Please reed our terms and conditions for full details).

*Customer needs to send the products back to the designated returning address by acquiring the return merchandise authorization (RMA), a full refund will be proceeded after receiving the returned package.
